A nice basic phone - very good. Holds its charge if you are a bit lazy and forget to plug it in every day. One thing I do like is that its compact enough to put in a suit pocket without ruining the lines of the suit. I found it also easy to use and the instructions were complete and easy to understand.

I went through 3 phones in 2 months. The port for the charger breaks repeatedly, and if you allow the battery to run down the phone won't turn on again. When pressing the buttons, you don't get the number you press (E.g. you press 3 and a 5 appears).

I bought it for the design, and some of the features (like that MP3 player, alarm clock, docking base etc) but I found that the MP3 player drained the battery and the phone was difficult to mount on the docking station. The docking station only charged the phone intermitantly.

I definately wouldn't buy this phone again. After the third broke, I requested a Nokia as a replacement, rather than another Cocoon. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed.

When I first got this phone, I loved it. The unusual and quirky design and the cool LED light made it the envy of all my friends. After having it nearly a year now, it still works very well, however the music element of the phone no longer seems to work. Overall, I think the phone is good, and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a terrible terrible phone. The battery barely stays charged for a day, it loses connection in high traffic areas and the photo capabilities are limited. Do not use the USB connection to charge this phone unless in an emergency as it takes almost 3 days to bring it up to full power. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

This is by far the worst mobile phone I have ever used, the accessories for the O2 Cocoon were also absolutely shocking. Even O2 were monumentally ashamed of how appaling this phone was. When I went into one of their shops to get an upgrade the sales assistant laughed and asked me what had possessed me to get such a waste of plastic.
