Stylish and slim, lightweight and easy to use, especially if you are a woman. The lack of features lets the phone down, the games are minimal and the storage capacity is diabolical. However it is easy to add ringtones and create your own with the software that accompanies the phone and it is easy to take pictures with.

Great phone has worked for 4 years and I drop it. It is sleek and cool. The battery life is good and it does not take too long to charge. On dropping it once the outer case cracked, but it still works. Negative is cant see who is calling you on the outside screen if it is sunny.

A great phone, its compact and nice to hold. Only problem is that the keyboard wears out after time, saying that it lasted two years so it cannot be all that bad. The picture quality is great for a phone of this price. Be a good reasonably priced first phone for the kids at christmas.

I love it, I mean usually phones confuse the complete brains out of me, but this one...believe it or not I understand it! it is like a miracle. I get sick and completely tired of all these arty farty new gadget type phones that can save the world and do backflips but not make a simple frigging phone cool.
I mean honest is that so hard to find, a reliable little phone? well yes, yes it is, this is the only phone I have ever found that I find satisfactory and I could not be more happy.
I am so grateful, this phone is small, but not stupidly small, it fits into my pocket nicely and doesn't create discomfort or a huge bulge so I still feel lady like, it fits perfectly into my handbag phone holder compartment which is brilliant. It comes in many colours and I was lucky enough to find it in my favourite colour ever: dark blue which is always a plus for a female phone buyer.
I have had the phone for about two and a half years now and it is still in great condition, I will be sad when the day comes that I have to buy a new one, I just hope by then that Motorola has made a similar phone which is just as pleasing, fingers crossed.

Nice feel to it, features not bad, very easy to use. Only negative is the screen is totally unreadable in bright daylight. You need to find a shaded spot in order to see what you're typing. Accepts downloadable ringtones and screen savers, good quality sound when listening to callers (better than my last Motorola which when I used, thought I was going deaf)
