Although this mobile phone looks smart it lacks a lot of features and doesnt have much space for pictures and video. Its easy to use and great for someone not used to mobile phones. Would make a good first mobile. Good enough for the casual user but if you want more from your mobile this is not the one for you.

Easy to use which suits my minimal usage of mobile phones. I have had other models in the past which were not as easy to use. This model was inexpensive and has all the features which I need and indeed more than I need which is excellent for the price.

This is the kind of excellence I expect from Motorola! Excellent battery life. Excellent ease of use. The predictive text function is particularly useful. This is an ideal phone for those people that want to make phone calls and not waste their time on pointless gadgetry that serves little purpose. I like the built in radio too.

I think this is a nice little phone it's quite sturdy and has taken a few knocks and still going strong. It's easy to use but has no bluetooth which my daughter wanted and we didn't realise at the time of purchase so I've been using it.
The text messaging can be hard sometimes as we can't seem to find the dictionary and also when adding a phone number to the phonebook you have to press every letter and then select after each one to type someone's name which can be time consuming when your in a rush.
The one thing I dislike about the phone is that it only tell's you the call's you have received overall instead of missed call's and answered call's which I don't like.
There isn't much memory for taking photo's but you could always buy a memory card. Overall it is a good phone for the price.

It is useful if you only need the basic tools on a mobile phone, just for everyday needs with a few extras. Its radio is fairly well connected and you can hear it quite well, it also has a good light up system on the cover of the phone (displays when calling, charging and messages). Although it is fairly slow, and takes its time to connect.
