Easy to use phone, simple navigation around the features. The internet seems to be a little slow, but this might be due to the area in which I live. The camera is excellent picture quality and easy to load to a pc. The battery holds its charge very well as I only need to charge it once a week. Having had similar Sony Ericsson phones it was an easy transfer.

Easy to use, and reliable as well as hard wearing - survived a few knocks and bumps which is good if you're as accident prone as I am. Had absolutley no problems with this phone, and it lasted for over a year, which with my track record with phones is a long time. A good handset for someone who just needs a phone without all the faff and hassle.

Great phone that would make a fab first phone for anyone, old or young. Buttons are a good size and the menu is easy to navigate. Has all the usual bits, camera, video music player. It also comes in a purple colour which is pretty cool I think!! All Sonys are pretty great, but I love the style and simplicity of this the most.

Phone is long lasting, but maybe complicated for the elderly. Its features are great, but the buttons wear out quickly and the phone is a little small, unless small is your option. It has low sophistication and I prefer the more tech looking phones. It is slimline and good looking but could do with a shock resistant cover to prevent damage when dropped plus all small phones are easily lost, but overall is a good mobile phone.

Have had 3 of these phones now as the other two just turned themselves off and wouldn't turn back on again. Unfortunately I am on a contract so they would only replace it with the same phone. I've had this one 2 months now and it's been ok. I lost all my pictures and videos some of which were very precious to me.
The buttons are uncomfortable to use as they dig into your fingers, if you are playing a game for a while it makes your fingers sore. The camera is ok, I was expecting better quality pics from a Sony camera though. I wouldn't have this phone again.
