A fantastic phone that has never let me down. An excellent design with a wide range of user friendly features. A good camera function and long battery life makes this an excellent all round phone. It is easy to use and made to last. I have never had any problems with the phone or my provider.

Simple design and features, overall very good value for money, easy to use - not many extras - no camera, picture messages sometimes come through but not always games aren't very easy to play and aren't very exciting. Phone has lasted a few years and was cheap to buy.

I found the W220 to be initially a good phone - it looks ok (for that level in the market), it has the necessary features for such a cheap phone, and it worked ok.

However, over a while, I just began to hate more and more things about it - the fact that it automatically made me type in predictive, the irritating motorola text entry system, incredibly difficult to use internet browser, and I never found out how to use the media features (pictures?). Gave up and bought a Nokia again.

This is not the most stylish or technologically advanced but for what the phone is for calling and texting and using the internet you could not get more of a reliable mobile phone.

The sound level when you are speaking and receiving calls is fantastic and you always have a excellent reception, the best feature is the price of the phone. When I bought it it was £19.99 now I think it is £29.99 so if you are looking for a reliable phone then this is one you should consider.

Handy little phone, very light and compact. Doesn't do anything fancy, camera etc but if all you want is to make and recieve calls, ideal. Comes in two colours and the pink is really nice and eyecatching.

This phone reverts to the default setting of ringtone after you have had it set on silent or vibrate and that can be a nuisance to keep changing back. The games on the phone are quite good and can keep you amused for a while. Not a great battery life.
