The Nokia 6300 is your classic Nokia - in fact, it's a classic phone, brand aside! If you're not fussed about fancy-extras - you don't want to be connected to the Internet 24/7 (there's no stumbling across work emails in the weekend or becoming a Facebook addict with this one - you actually have time for YOU) you have a digital camera for taking pictures, and you can take the sneering looks and gadget-brags from smug iPhone/Blackberry/Android types, then this is the phone for you!
It's a welcome relief to have a phone that does just that - phone! Mind you, it's great for texting too - no insensitive touchscreens here. It's old school - in a cool 'Check out my phone? I'm not a sheep/slave to trends, see!' kind of way - and not only that but you've got a few hundred quid in your back pocket if you choose the Nokia 6300 - why not go on holiday!
In terms of build quality, it's battery life is pretty good - certainly much better than my iPhone (my work phone) and it's SO strong and sturdy - built to last instead of built to con you into forking out for a hefty phone insurance plan... and then the insurance excess every time you so much as glance and the screen while frowning! I have dropped this, hurled it across the room even, a hundred times - not so much as a cracked screen - and barely a scratch on the paintwork!
P.s. I used to lose phones/have them stolen ALL the time... not this one, no one wants to steal it so my phone (and my hard earned cash!) are safe. Brilliant.

I have had many phones, and my Nokia is one of the cheapest, but its still my favourite. The camera is good and the phone can store 4GB memory card without any lagging. As well as this the phone is so easy to use, with its simple layout, bright screen and stylish keypad. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the speakers, and the headphones that were provided with the phone, was impressive. Also the battery life is alright, and does not need charging that often. This is a fantastic mobile phone that anyone can use, and I would highly recommend it.

Great little phone, easy to use and really hard wearing. Easy to clean and no annoying little bits to get broken. Easy to get replacement parts for and mine is still going strong after 3 years.
Highly recommended as a practical and hardwearing phone. Nice looking and just the right size for daily use, won't get lost in your handbag but will fit nicely in your pocket!! Camera is not up to todays spec but will take a decent photo and has good memory.

I've had this phone for 6 months now and it is distinctly average. The camera is ok, but nothing special. The phone does what you would expect of a simple Nokia phone and nothing more. There are very few applications available for it and little scope for customisation. Great for making basic calls and texts but not much else.

This phone is excellent. It is hard wearing and can take a drop or two without any effect to the phone. I have never had any problems with the use of the phone, it is understandable and easy to use.
Has everything on it needed for daily useage. The speaker on it is easy to activate and loud enough to actually hear someone on the other end. The general setting and display of the phone are spot on. I love this phone and will be sticking with it for some time.
