The mobile is ok for general use but lacks many features, first for the negatives, keeps freezing, limited features, does not hold charge very well, now for the positives, very agile, good to look at. Overall I would not recommend this mobile to friend, colleagues, or family due to it being unreliable but if your looking for a basic phone at a low cost for general calls and texts then this will more than likely suit you. The only main negative I would say about the Samsung Galaxy Ace would be the poor reception (perhaps network?) and slow connection to internet connected site such as google. Please feel free to ignore this but am only going on my own experience

The design is very stylish, I really like the touchscreen as it is very responsive. Occasionally the unlock feature would freeze, but a simple push of the lock / unlock button at the side of the phone fixes this. The features of the phone are decent for being a middle of the range smart phone. It runs the Android system very well and I enjoy the applications available on the phone. The camera quality is quite good, I get decent pictures with it, and can handle all sorts of light levels. 3G and Bluetooth features are very helpful as they connect to the most recently used connection. This is handy for getting onto your home router (3G) or connecting to your radio in your car for hands-free calling (Bluetooth). The battery life is very bad for a smart phone, at the minute I only get around 16 hours out of a full charge, and this is with everything turned off (e.g. bluetooth, 3G, data packets) I would recommend this phone, but be sure to get a spare battery or car charge etc so you don't have to worry about it going dead.

Nice looking, solid phone. Very usable for apps and games, good quality screen. Syncing with contacts from facebook etc is very user friendly, and handy. However, can be sluggish with games that have complex levels (eg some angry birds levels). Battery life generally lasts about a day with fair use. The Internet is fast and very easy to navigate around. My only problem for a while was with an email account that it could not sync properly with, which stopped the app market working and downloads. I had to overcome it with a hard reset and changing the URL of my email account. Deleting the account on the phone did not work. Overall, very impressed.
