A good all round mobile phone. But battery life is not so good and needs to be vastly improved. Internet is very good and easy. HSDPA is a good Internet feature. Sat Nav is very good and free! Good range of apps. Links well with Microsoft calendar, which is good for your meetings. Very easy to use to send text messages. An excellent phone for everyday use. A clear rival to the iPhone. I look forward to the next generation of android phone from HTC in due course; this year? I will certainly be looking at HTC for my next upgrade.

The phone is a good size which makes selecting icons and typing fairly easy. As an Android phone there are plenty of excellent apps and games which are generally easy to install and select.

One of the main problems with the android operating system is the inability to close apps when you have finished with them. Whilst most apps this doesn't pose any sort of problem, when it comes to the Internet this can be annoying. It makes sense to close a browser when you have finished with it, however, on this you cannot do that so if you want to get off a page you either have to use the back button or type in a different address.

There are many good points about the HTC Desire HD. Firstly, it has a slick design. 4.3 Inch HD screen, makes the overall experience very pleasant. Some other amazing features of the phone are the apps. You can download thousands of the Android market, and some leave you entertained for hours. It also has a 8 mega pixel camera, with HD video which means you don't need a camera. Fast Internet, Great picture quality, and thousands of extras.

The bad points of the phone are the battery life and the performance. The battery when fully charged won't last you longer than 6 hours full usage, and the performance can lag at times, and the phone can often freeze, leaving frustration.

This is my 1st proper smart phone. After owning a few Nokia Symbian phones like the E71 and X6 I am amazed at the giant leap in functionality offered by the newer Android operating system. The Android operating system is very easy to use and HTC's Sense software makes it even more intuitive. Android is also very customisable so you can set-up the phone exactly how you want it and always have the most useful info, apps and features at hand.

Unlike Apple's IOS it lets you work and play your own way, whatever way that is. I use my phone every day to help organise my life. I keep all my important info in my pocket - calendar, reminders, contacts, emails and much more. I browse the web on it every day. Flash in the browser works well. The 4.3" screen is great for doing all I need. The camera is good enough for day to day photos and holiday snaps. The phone is very stable and it is extremely rare for me to have to reboot it. HTC regularly update the phone with the latest version of the operating system. Android gets better with every release. The only downside to this phone is the poor battery life but it gets me through a full day so it's only a minor irritation for me.

Sleek, stylish and weighty your hand, you know this is a quality mobile phone from when you first open it. Switching it on, the screen is bright and responsive, and huge. It takes about 10 minutes to set up, but after that you are good to go.
I use this all day, every day, mainly for Internet browsing, but may spend about an hour a day talking, due to my job. Its blazingly fast on the Internet, and can display flash, which is a bonus. Sometimes there is a small slow down, but that generally is fixed by locking and unlocking the phone. Sound is clear, and the hands free is clear as well.

The Android operating system is fantastic, everything is where you expect it to be. Be warned, if you have never had a touchscreen mobile before there could be a learning curve, this is all touch screen. But the qwerty keyboard that appears on screen is very good, and the predictive guessed right 90% of the time.

The only downside to this phone is the massive amount of power it takes, I can drain a full battery in 3 hours. This is why I always carry a charger with me, which can charge from the mains or a USB port, which is convenient for me. All in all a fantastic phone, I don't know how I managed without this!
