Stylish phone with poor usability when sending emails and sms due to the 2 letter-button features. Memory for music and pictures can at times be too small and restrictive. Ball can get dirty easily and unable to be used. Very easy to squeeze into your handbag and great choice of colours to fit your clothing.

The Blackberry is a handy size compared to some on the market and the camera is quite good too. It lacks in features though having only the basics and I am not sure if it was my network but every so often it would error on receiving email and I would have to call my network provider to reset it which was quite annoying.

Very easy to navigate around the screen and function options. Good size and weight that fits easily into the palm. Excellent, clear screen clarity. Qwerty keyboard but not single key per letter as with larger Blackberry's. Comprehensive manual available to download.

Technologically sound and useful for both email and as a phone due to its compact size. Battery life in normal use is under a day (say with 2 hours talk time and reviewing emails). The 'two letters' to a key takes a little getting used to when typing a message and is best suited to generating shorter emails. Camera is of low resolution and of very limited use.

I was always loyal to Sony Ericsson before I used a Blackberry, as they have a great user interface. But I really like this phone.
The feature I am a big fan of is the search against people in your address book. Very quickly I can bring up every text and phone call from that person.
Another good feature is storing the history of the text conversation, so you no longer have to try and work out what you sent someone to warrant a particular reply!
