The battery life is alright, but runs out very quickly when you use the features (ie, music, facebook etc) the phone has to be rebooted quite often and freezes on you far too often. The button in the middle is far too sensitive one minute, then non responsive the next. Even though you turn your phone on silent you still get facebook status updates and bb status updates, (beeps) which means you have to switch all notifications off. The camera lens gets covered in dust and fluff from your pockets giving poor photos (it's best to carry a cotton bud around with you to clean it). You don't get much internal memory which means the additional purchase of a minimum 2GB micro card is a must! All in all it's a reasonable phone with lots of downloadable features (at another additional cost) but honestly, I wish I'd waited a little longer and bought an apple iPhone instead!

I love the blackberry 9300, the GPS which is updated from the 8520 to do things like face book 'places' and better tracking for maps. The operating system is easy to use and quick to learn. I've had a blackberry before, and will keep getting Blackberries as long as they stay at this standard. The music player is also great too. The sound system is good, and it adapts well to being plugged into the car via headphone and AUX socket. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of apps compared to the iPhone. Also, if not used frugally, the battery will die after about 36 hours!

This is a fantastic phone, I did not get on with the touch screen mobiles and so I tried this one. I will not be changing my phone only if an updated but similar one is released. I love the 3g coverage, its great to check Facebook and very fast connecting to the Internet. It has a good quality camera and video. It has a great music player, I have a few albums on there and intend to get an 8GB memory card but the 2GB it comes with is fine for now. The Blackberry Apps are interesting and useful. My favorite is the radio station I listen to all the time. It comes with a hands-free kit which is also very useful. Overall a fabulous phone!

I had this phone as a compensation payment for a frankly awful HTC wildfire, and what can I say other than its such an improvement! The software on the phone is robust and doesn't crash every 5 seconds unlike the HTC it feels a quality product. The user interface takes a little getting used to and trying to find things in the first few days is awkward but once you are used to it, everything is absolutely fine! My only gripe is the touch pad can sometimes be either unresponsive or over the top, I think this is just something which can be got used to! The battery will last 2 days of light use or one of heavy, which is nothing unusual for modern smart phones! Personally now have I gone blackberry I don't see myself going back! My experience so far has been absolutely faultless, and over the next 16 months of this contract I hope it doesn't change!
