This is a basic phone and easy to use. If you want something that you will simply use to make calls and text from, this is ideal. I have found it totally reliable. The text is easy to use and read. It takes photos for quick and easy fun, but not a professional standard, but this isn't what I wanted it for. I leave mine switched on most of the time and the battery seems to last about 6 days. There is plenty of choice of ring tones and text tones. It is quick and easy to turn to silent mode.

I love this phone. It is easy to use and holds battery life well. The slide up part doesn't wear out - I have had this for some time, and most of my friends slide phones have worn out and broken. The buttons are easy to use and features are great. The camera is not of high quality but apart from that I haven't had a problem. I am a regular text-er and the buttons have not faded or worn at all which happens so often. This phone is generally very hard wearing and useful for work situations. I would recommend this phone.

I found the slide facility a real bonus as I no longer accidentally call people when the phone is in my pocket. I make use of the FM radio when I am on the way to work which is a great additional feature. The screen although clear could be a bit bigger. However, the battery life is just what I wanted...long.
