Most of the applications have broken within 3 months. For example the camera, everytime I try to use it, for some reason it restarts the phone; the phones speed has been affected greatly (without many apps on it).
It is not even a bad model, first few weeks I thought it was amazing, best phone I have had. But then it started to go wrong, the anti virus app has found nothing. I have done countless things to try fix my phone and nothing works. Also included was a very limited warranty!

A very nice phone to handle. The touchscreen is nice and solid, not soft and flexible like my old LG cookie I had before this which the screen broke. I am a googlemail account holder before I got the pulse. So the out of the box set up was easy. And all my mail' bookmarks and Pc synced up nicely. It is also great for surfing the web.
There is lots of apps on the Android market most of them free and they are improving them all the time. There is only one thing that let's this phone down, its camera is only good in decent outdoor lighting.

I got a Pulse for Christmas, and was immediately very impressed. The screen is bright and responsive and I quickly got used to using it. But there were 3 disappointments.
First of all, on Christmas day until early on boxing day, there was a camera problem where the colours were really messed up. Then there was a problem with the t+ predictive text function, where when I used it the keyboard just closed, but the ABC texting without prediction worked fine. Also the battery life is pretty bad. The camera problem solved itself and T-Mobile say that if I update the firmware the texting thing will be solved.
Besides that, great phone, great OS, great apps, great user experience, not so great customer service.

One of Santas little helpers got me this phone for Christmas. I love it! The usability is great with lots of gadgets to keep a net head happy for hours.
I only gave a 3 for overall as the battery life seems to be a bit limited but it has only had 2 full charge/discharges so hoping for better in the future.
Don't be afraid of getting one of these types of 'super' phones. I am 57 and found it very easy to set up and play with. Having 2 sons who are previous owners of Droids helped when I got stuck but in general I didn't need much help.
Setting up my contacts in Gmail was a doddle and my phone was updated with all the information before I pressed save - I swear it did!!
Everything I could possibly need all in portable mode. Even twitter was simple to set up (I know - sad isnt it)
