The Alcatel OT-802 Wave is a budget handset that manages to include a strong line-up of features in a low end mobile device. The main screen on the phone is a TFT display, measuring in at 2.4 inches, supporting up to 256,000 colours. Underneath the screen is a full, BlackBerry-style QWERTY keypad, with menu navigation taken care of with the inclusion of an optical track pad button. The internal memory of 60 MB is easily expandable with the inclusion of a Micro SD memory card slot. The handset can officially support cards up to 8 GB in size, offering ample space for music, videos and photos. The camera on the OT-802 is a basic 2.0 Megapixel camera, and whilst web browsing is handled by just EDGE and GPRS, the device still offers good integration with popular social networks.
