Acer X960 is a uniquely designed phone with a unique white trim at the bottom to give it a smaller then it looks feel to it. The 2.8 resistive touch screen has an interesting widget based UI complete with handwriting recognition. Connecting to a network is no problem for this phone as it is compatible with the 3G, EDGE, GPRS, and WiFi networks and with connection speeds of 7.2 Mbps HSDPA and 2 Mbps HSUPA it is certainly fast. The camera is also pretty decent with 3.15 Megapixels and LED Flash as well as built in VGA Video. This phone is definitely worth considering if you are looking for an affordable upper end mid-range mobile phone.
