T-Mobile are set to unveil a new tariff from the beginning of February, offering consumers a truly unlimited data package, set to rival the One Plan package on offer from Three. The contract package, dubbed 'The Full Monty', is set to come in at £36 per month, and as well as offering unlimited data, the tariff will also offer unlimited text messages, unlimited T-Mobile to T-Mobile calls and 2,000 cross network and landline minutes. The latest manufacturer to release details of Q4 2011 profits is Motorola, and they make rather painful reading. Operating profits dropped to a pretty abysmal £44.6m operating loss. Sales were up 5 percent on 2010, with full year sales up a healthy 22 percent across the division. The overall operating loss for 2011 was £181.4m. Unit sales in Q4 2011 were 10.5 million phones, of which 5.3 million were smartphones, whilst Tablet sales were at 200,000. O2 has published an apology for the security breach, which led to users' mobile numbers being shared with websites when browsed from a smartphone or dongle. The statement said: ?We investigated, identified and fixed it this afternoon. We would like to apologise for the concern we have caused. Nokia has released details of their earnings from Q4 2011, showing heavy losses of 1.07 billion Euro, contrasting to a profit of 745 million Euro in Q4 2010. The overall number of Nokia smartphones also declined, with 19.6 million units sold during the last quarter of 2011, a decline in sales of 31 percent compared to the year before. O2 is accused of sharing customer mobile numbers with websites visited from smartphones and mobile broadband services, leaving customers open to receiving SPAM and possible identify fraud. The accusation comes from Lewis Peckover, who claims that when a user connects to an internet service using a mobile data connection, information including the mobile number is passed on to the site.
